2014-2016
In my role as the lead in the footwear design process, I assumed responsibility for overseeing the entire journey from trend exploration to production for the footwear at Club Monaco. My tasks included in-depth research into concepts, materials, and colors that harmonized with the Club Monaco aesthetic. I actively engaged in sketching both technical drawings and freeform renderings to bring creative concepts to life. Collaborating closely with the factory, buying, merchandise, and product development teams, I played a hands-on role in the comprehensive development of their footwear. This encompassed correcting lasts, constructions, and upper patterns across multi product categories. Additionally, I embarked on regular travels for purposes such as trend research, market shopping, and participation in leather shows, contributing to Club Monaco's footwear designs.
